Guys can be so confusing sometimes! Sometimes, guys can be flirts. Sometimes, they feel shy. What I would do, is start to really get to know him. Maybe there's a reason why he ignores you sometimes. When you realtionship really starts to build up, then you know its time to hang out together, or hang out at the movies with a couple of friends. I hope my advice helped!
